We primarily serve Leeds, Wakefield, Pudsey, and Bradford. Please contact us to confirm if your location is within our service area.

  1. Booking and Appointments
  • All service bookings are subject to availability
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when booking, including details about the property and specific cleaning requirements
  • All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated
  • Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by us
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if the booking information is inaccurate or incomplete, or if the premises are deemed unsafe for our staff.

 

  1. Pricing and Payment
  • Pricing for services will be provided during the booking process and may vary based on the type of service, property size, and specific requirements.
  • Payment terms (e.g., upfront payment, payment upon completion) and accepted payment methods will be communicated prior to service delivery.
  • We accept payment by cash, bank transfer, or other methods as specified at booking.
  • Prices are as quoted; there are no hidden fees
  • Late payment fees may apply as per our policy.
  1. Cancellation and Rescheduling
  • You may cancel or reschedule a booking with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted price.
  • If we are unable to attend due to circumstances beyond our control, we will reschedule at the earliest opportunity.

  • You are responsible for providing a safe working environment for our cleaning professionals.
  • You should secure any valuables, fragile items, or sensitive documents prior to our arrival.
  • You must provide access to the premises at the agreed date and time.
  • If you require use of your own equipment or products, this must be specified in advance
  • If recurring services are scheduled, you are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the agreed-upon times.

  • Our liability for any damage caused by our negligence will be limited to the cost of rectifying the damage or a maximum of 1000, whichever is lower.
  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage to items that were not secured or stored away prior to our service.
